blueVisions has secured a two-year contract extension on the GCC Defence Training Facilities Program.

With a planned capital expenditure of US$1.2 billion, the program involves delivering more than 60 state-of-the-art and ‘world first’ training facilities on both brownfield and greenfield sites across the GCC.

Initially appointed in 2016, blueVisions scope of work entails PMO, Construction Management, Contract and Claims Management, Cost Management, Risk Management, Change Management, Facilities Management and Integration Management. As part of this role, blueVisions is also supporting the client in business process improvement and capacity building to enhance their internal resources’ delivery of the program and beyond.
