blueVisions is the Project Management Consultant for a large training facilities works program in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) appointed under a Government defence contract. blueVisions is providing the overall management of the facilities program which includes professionals with specialist skills to address the program and its facilities specific requirements. When completed, these facilities will be world-leading and become the benchmark for future projects.
During the five years Program, which has now been extended by another two years, the Client together with the private sector will build more than 60 Training Facilities that are State of the Art and a ‘World First’.
blueVisions was chosen as the Project Management Consultant as it was able to bring together a high calibre team of industry experts from around the globe to provide the overall management to deliver the program. Our team, with over 100 years of combined experience, brings a very strong core with in-depth GCC and specialized experience in Defence Projects. Our team has experience in all the combined aspects of the Training Facilities including engineering design, construction, commissioning, operations, project management and Facilities Management management. blueVisions also provides expertise in business process improvement and capacity building initiatives to help the client’s internal resources to improve the delivery of its programs of works within and beyond this program.

3.Provision of client advisory, troubleshooting and critical resource capability augmentation across whole of the program during execution with respect to technical, claims, schedule and contract de-bottlenecking.
4.Implementation of innovative processes in Value Engineering and Change and Claims Management to improve project outcomes
5.Implementation of an Integrated Stakeholder Communication Protocol
