blueVisions is the Project Management Consultant to large training facilities works program in the Gulf Cooperation Council in the United Arab Emirates, involving a Government military contract. blueVisions is providing overall management of the program which includes professionals with specialist skills in the specific field of this particular client’s requirements. When completed, these facilities will be world-leading and become the benchmark for future projects.

Project Goals

During the current five years Program, the Client together with the private sector will build 69 Training Facilities that are State of the Art and a ‘World First’.

  • Total Asset Management Approach for Project lifecycle using:
  • Comprehensive Capability Acquisition and Facility Sustainment Management.
  • Strategic analysis and recommendations regarding the Critical Success factors for functional, commercial and operational dates

2.Development of standardized multi-stakeholder, multi-year program baseline
